What it feels like
You step into a little sanctuary, and the world goes quiet. Twelve thousand pounds of Himalayan salt glow amber around you, the floor gives softly under your socks like a beach at dusk, and you sink into a zero-gravity chair with your feet resting on a warm, glowing foot dome until your shoulders finally let go. Somewhere, a wave rolls in.

Your forty-five minutes
0:00
Shoes off.
You pad in wearing clean white socks. Salt shifts under your feet, soft and cool like beach sand after sundown. The air smells clean, the way it does right after a rain.
0:05
Settle in.
Sink into your zero-gravity chair, sit up or recline as far as you like, and rest your feet on a warm, glowing foot dome. A plush blanket settles over you. Above, a ceiling of tiny stars. Your phone is in a locker. Nobody can reach you, and that is the whole point.
0:10
The air changes.
The halogenerator begins to fill the room with pharmaceutical-grade salt, ground finer than you can see or feel. Just breathe normally. Guests tell us it feels like that first deep breath on the first morning of a beach trip.
0:25
Somewhere between awake and asleep.
Ocean sounds. Your breathing slows to match them. The to-do list you walked in with gets quieter, then disappears. This is where most guests drift off, and we take that as a compliment.
0:45
Come back slowly.
The lights warm up. You sit up lighter, stretch, and step back into your afternoon feeling like you have been somewhere far away. It has been said that 45 minutes in a salt cave is like two full days at the ocean.

“Serenity Salt Spa was hands down one of the most amazing experiences I have ever had! The salt cave was so peaceful and relaxing. We also enjoyed a neck and back massage with Sirhe’, who was absolutely amazing! He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and made the entire experience even better. The owner was the sweetest lady, so welcoming and genuinely kind. You can tell she truly cares about making everyone feel special and comfortable… If you have not experienced Serenity Salt Spa, you are missing out!”

Before you go
Take one breath with us.
In the cave, this is all you do: breathe slowly, and let the salt air do the rest. Try three breaths right now.
Three slow breaths. Thirty-six seconds.
Good to know
Questions, answered.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothes, and skip the black: fine white salt circulates the whole session and shows on dark fabric. Bring clean white socks (or come in clean bare feet) to keep the salt pure. Forgot socks? We have disposable foot covers. The cave stays around 68°, so we keep plush blankets ready.
Will salt get on my clothes or hair?
The salt is ground so fine you cannot see or feel it in the air, but a little white salt can settle on your clothes. It brushes right off, and it is why we suggest not wearing black.
Can I bring my phone?
No phones, tablets or electronics in the cave. Salt is corrosive to them. Leave valuables in your car or use one of our lockers.
Can kids come?
Yes. The first child (12 and under, with an adult) is $25 and each additional child is $10. Mom + 1 child is $67.60. Children must be supervised at all times in the cave and the waiting room.
How many sessions should I do?
Everyone is different. Many guests notice a difference after one visit, and a series works best. Some come 2 to 3 times a week for 3 to 4 weeks during allergy and cold season. Others come twice a week for 6 to 8 weeks. For stress and relaxation, come as often as you like.
Dry salt therapy (halotherapy) has been studied around the world, but the FDA has not evaluated its use or benefits. Nothing on this site is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
