Before you join
Membership terms
The short version: keep your membership at least three months, give 30 days' notice to cancel after that, and you can freeze it for one to three months.
Full membership terms
Membership may not be cancelled until it has been valid and paid for three months. A freeze can be requested, and will apply for a minimum one month and max three months. Membership must be active for 30 days before it is frozen again. Once frozen or cancelled, no membership perks can be redeemed. Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable. Member guests must follow spa rules and regulations. Serenity Salt Spa reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services for any reason. Serenity Salt Spa reserves the right to modify/change spa rules, regulations, services, and pricing with reasonable notice.
Purchasing a membership means you have read and agree to membership information and terms. As well as understand there are no contracts associated with the program, but that you, the client, must keep the membership for a minimum of three months and will provide at least 30 days notice prior to cancellations after that.
Purchasing a membership means that you also authorize Serenity Salt Spa/Simplybookme to charge the provided credit card for the amount agreed upon each month.
