What we collect

When you send us a message, event request or gift card request through a form on this website, we collect what you type in: your name, phone number, email address, the date and number of guests for an event, the options you check, and your message.

We don't use analytics, advertising trackers or tracking cookies on this website.

How we use it

We use your information only to reply to you, plan your visit or event, and fulfill gift card requests. We never sell or rent your information, and we don't share it with anyone for marketing.

Where it goes

Form messages are emailed to us through Resend, an email delivery service, and saved to a private Google Sheet so nothing gets lost. Only the spa can see them.

This website is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) to run and protect the site.

Booking, memberships and payments

When you book a session, buy a membership, package or gift card, or create a guest account, you leave this website for our booking system, SimplyBook.me. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Clover. We never see or store your full card number. SimplyBook.me's and Clover's own privacy policies cover the information you give them.

Links to other sites

This site links to Google Maps, Google reviews, Facebook and Instagram. Those sites have their own privacy policies.

Children

This website isn't directed to children, and we don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you've sent us through this website at any time. Just call, text or email us using the details below.

Changes

If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
